HEROES OF FAITH IN C.C.C (Vol 1): A BOOK FOR ALL CELESTIANS!
A book chronicling the lives of about sixty heroes, of the Celestial Church of Christ has just been published. The book X-rays the lives of these Celestial Church of Christ heroes, living and dead, patriarchs and matriarchs, in a way that has never been done before now.
The sixty heroes highlighted in the book include, Reverend, Prophet, Pastor, Founder S.B.J. Oshoffa, Reverend A.A. Bada, Superior Evangelist Olatunji Ajanlekoko, Reverend Phillip Hunsu Ajose, Reverend E.M.F. Oshoffa, Most Superior Evangelist M.O. Ajao, Most Superior Evangelist Olusegun Olarinde, amongst others.
The 226 page book not only chronicles the lives of these heroes, heroines and legends but also brings to fore their immense contributions to the growth, development, spread and popularity of the Celestial Church of Christ, with particular emphasis on those grueling early years of the church. The book, Heroes of Faith in C.C.C. (Vol1), fresh off the press, also digs into the history and origin of quite a number of Celestial Hymns.
Quite revealing and educative, Heroes of Faith in C.C.C. (Vol 1), also delves into the story of how the Celestial Church of Christ Theological Seminary was founded, the history of the Sunday School/Juvenile Harvest in C.C.C. and the stories of how twenty dead persons were brought back to life by our Lord Jesus Christ, through the hands of Reverend, Prophet, Pastor, Founder, S.B.J. Oshoffa.
Certainly, more volumes of this great publication are planned for the future
Heroes of Faith in C.C.C. (Vol1) is one publication that all members of the Celestial Church of Christ must have and keep. It is a collector’s item. A book for all seasons, especially for all those who appreciate the labour of love of our past and present heroes and heroines.
The publication, Heroes of Faith in C.C.C. (Vol 1), was authored by Brother Ayorinde Tosin Omorinde, who was born, bred and got married in the Celestial Church of Christ. He is, till date, a bona-fide member of C.C.C. W/w.
The author has grown through the various departments of the Celestial Church of Christ, from Sunday School to Students Parish, Youth Organisations to the Adult Church. He has served in different capacities on various committees and in different departments such as the Bible Study Unit, Evangelism Unit, Harvest Committee, e.t.c. As a Bible student, he attended various Bible Quiz Competitions and ministered on various platforms within and outside the Celestial Church of Christ.
Brother Ayorinde Tosin Omorinde is a trained and practising Telecoms Engineer/Manager and has written other books like ‘The Charge’ and ‘The Riddles of Naming Ceremony in C.C.C.’
He is deeply committed to the Teaching Ministry, as well as Leadership Training and Discipleship in the body of Christ.
